My early professional career was to serve a government office of BPS-Statistics Indonesia from early 1981 to early 2011. Following my pension at the office my services were dedicated to TNP2K for a few months and then to ILO-ROAP at Bangkok as a senior statistician for the rest of the year of 2011. Since 2012 I have been an independent consultant on statistics mostly on child labour for ILO. In 2015 I served the Ministry of Social Affairs to develop survey methodology on non-registered PMKS (population with social problems) and monitoring the implementation of the survey. In 2016 I served ILO Jakarta to develop methodology of estimating population of domestic workers based on the existing BPS regular surveys. I would be available for any job appropriate for a consultant on statistics.
As for personal interest, since young I've been fascinated with the basic principles of religious thought, especially on its esoteric dimensions, essentiality and universality. Sufism and perennial philosophy are of special interest in recent years. Most of recent posts reflect my interest in this area.
